مسؤولية مراقبة دخول وخروج الزوار والمقاولين من المبنى وضمان توقيعهم عند الدخول والخروج.

التنسيق مع مدير المرافق بشأن المقاولين العاملين داخل المبنى والتحقق من تصاريح العمل الخاصة بهم.

مساعدة العملاء في الخدمات والطلبات الشخصية.

ترتيب وتقديم المشورة حول خيارات التنقل والنقل.
-
متابعة طلبات الضيوف المتعلقة بخدمة التنظيف وصيانة المبنى.
-
تلقي الرسائل للنزلاء/السكان وتقديم خدمة عملاء عامة للمستأجرين.
-
امتلاك معرفة جيدة بالمنطقة المحلية بما في ذلك المرافق والمطاعم والمواقع السياحية.

إعداد التقارير الخاصة بالمبنى بناءً على متطلبات مدير المرافق.

الحفاظ على سلوك مهني ومظهر حسن في جميع الأوقات.

تنفيذ أي مهمة يتم تكليفك بها حسب قدرتك.

Job Description:

Monitor visitors and contractors entering and exiting the building, ensuring they sign in and out.

Coordinate with the Facilities Manager regarding contractors working onsite and verify their work permits.

Assist customers with personal services and requests.

Arrange and advise on transportation options.

Monitor guest requests for housekeeping and building maintenance.

Take messages for guests/residents and provide general customer service to tenants.

Possess knowledge of the local area, including amenities, restaurants, and tourist sites.

المسمى الوظيفي:
تبحث الشركة عن متدرب خريج في مجال هندسة مبيعات المواد الكيميائية الصناعية للعمل في فرعها في قطر، وذلك لمدة 3 أشهر تبدأ في يوليو 2025. خلال فترة التدريب، سيعمل المتدرب عن قرب مع فرق المبيعات وسلسلة الإمداد للحصول على خبرة عملية والتعرّف على مختلف جوانب العمل.
