Key Responsibilities:
Create detailed technical drawings and plans using AutoCAD and other design tools.
Review and revise drawings according to project needs.
Coordinate with engineers, architects, and site teams to ensure proper implementation.
Prepare as-built drawings and maintain updated drawing records.
Ensure compliance with local codes and regulations.
Assist in resolving any design issues during construction.
Requirements:
Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Drafting, Engineering, Architecture, or related fields.
Proven experience in construction, fit-out, MEP, or civil projects.
Proficiency in AutoCAD is required; Revit or 3D software knowledge is a plus.
High attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to read and interpret technical documents and blueprints.
Strong communication skills and team collaboration.
Ability to meet deadlines under pressure.
Preferred:
Experience with shop and coordination drawings.
Familiarity with Qatar Construction Standards (QCS) or Gulf region practices.
2- Sales Engineer (Architecture & Interior Design Background)
Key Responsibilities:
Present technical proposals and build strong client relationships.
Identify and pursue new opportunities in construction and design sectors.
Manage sales, operations, business development, and revenue generation.
Work closely with engineering and design teams to provide solutions.
Engage with clients, consultants, and contractors.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or Interior Design.
Prior experience in a contracting or construction company is essential.
3–5 years of experience in the Qatari market.
In-depth knowledge of construction and interior design practices.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Native Arabic speaker, fluent in English.
Must be based in Doha and available immediately.
Qatar Light Driving License is a plus.
Valid QID and available NOC.
3- Executive Sales (Female)
Key Responsibilities:
Respond to customer inquiries and provide top-tier support.
Track and follow up on sales and incoming deliveries.
Coordinate with delivery partners to ensure efficient service.
Build and retain strong customer relationships.
Explore new sales opportunities and report performance.
Requirements:
Female, fluent in Arabic.

الإقامة في الدوحة، والقدرة على الانضمام فورًا.

رخصة قيادة قطرية خفيفة تعتبر ميزة.

توفر بطاقة هوية قطرية سارية (QID) ونقل كفالة (NOC).
٣- مندوبة مبيعات تنفيذية (للإناث)
المهام الرئيسية:

الرد على استفسارات العملاء وتقديم الدعم المميز.

متابعة المبيعات والشحنات الواردة.

التنسيق مع شركة التوصيل لضمان سير العمليات بسلاسة.

بناء علاقات قوية مع العملاء الحاليين والجدد.
