يعمل محلل الأعمال D365 كحلقة وصل رئيسية بين فرق الأعمال في قطاع التجزئة وفريق تقنية المعلومات المسؤول عن Microsoft Dynamics 365. يتحمل مسؤولية جمع المتطلبات، وتحليل العمليات التجارية، وضمان تنفيذ وتحسين الحلول التقنية لدعم عمليات البيع بالتجزئة بنجاح.
المسؤوليات الرئيسية:

التعاون الوثيق مع فرق التجزئة، وسلسلة التوريد، والمالية لجمع وتوثيق وتحليل متطلبات الأعمال

تحويل احتياجات العمل إلى مواصفات وظيفية لنظام D365 (خصوصاً Business Central أو Finance & Operations)

دعم تنفيذ وتكوين وحدات D365 في وظائف التجزئة مثل المخزون، والمشتريات، والمبيعات، والمالية

Job Description
The D365 Business Analyst acts as the key liaison between retail business teams and the Microsoft Dynamics 365 technical team. Responsible for gathering requirements, analyzing business processes, and ensuring the successful implementation and optimization of D365 solutions to support retail operations.
Key Responsibilities:

Work closely with retail, supply chain, and finance teams to gather, document, and analyze business requirements

Translate business needs into functional specifications for D365 (primarily Business Central or Finance & Operations)

Support the implementation and configuration of D365 modules across retail functions such as inventory, procurement, sales, and finance

Conduct gap analysis and recommend process improvements to enhance operational efficiency
