تبحث Ibtechar عن متدرب نشيط ومنظم وذو توجه تفصيلي للانضمام إلى قسم العمليات في فترة تدريب بدوام كامل خلال الربع الثالث من عام 2025. سيعمل المتدرب بشكل مباشر مع مدير العمليات لاكتساب خبرة عملية في إدارة وتحسين العمليات التجارية ونظام إدارة المعرفة داخل بيئة عمل مبتكرة وسريعة التطور.
الهدف الأساسي من التدريب هو تصميم وتنفيذ نظام شامل وفعّال وسهل الاستخدام لتخزين المعلومات على Google Drive، خاص بقسم العمليات. سيقوم المتدرب بمراجعة شاملة للوثائق الحالية، وتحليل الثغرات وعدم الاتساق في المعلومات، وتقييم طرق التخزين والمشاركة الحالية بين الأقسام المختلفة مثل المالية والتسويق وتطوير الأعمال.
استنادًا إلى نتائج التحليل، سيضع المتدرب بروتوكولًا موحدًا وواضحًا لتنظيم وتسمية وتخزين الملفات والتقارير بما يعزز الكفاءة التشغيلية ويسهّل التعاون بين الفرق.

Internship Overview:
Ibtechar is seeking a proactive, detail-oriented, and highly organized intern to join its Operations Department for a full-time paid internship in Q3 2025. The intern will work closely with the Director of Operations and gain hands-on experience in managing and optimizing business operations and knowledge systems in a fast-paced, innovation-driven environment.
The primary objective is to design and implement a user-friendly, efficient information repository on Google Drive, tailored to the Operations Department. The intern will conduct a full audit of existing documentation, identify inconsistencies and gaps, and assess file-sharing practices across departments like Finance, Marketing, and Business Development.
Based on findings, the intern will recommend and develop a standardized protocol for organizing, naming, and storing project files to enhance operational efficiency and promote smooth collaboration.
