المهام والمسؤوليات:

• إعداد وإرسال عروض الأسعار للعملاء باستخدام Odoo

• تتبع وتسجيل النفقات وتكاليف المواد والعمل

• المحافظة على سجلات دقيقة لأوامر الشراء وفواتير الموردين

• التعاون مع مشرف الورشة لتحديث تكاليف الأعمال حسب الحاجة

• المساعدة في متابعة ربحية المشاريع

• الحفاظ على تنظيم وتحديث نظام Odoo باستمرار

• التنسيق مع فرق المبيعات والإنتاج لضمان سير العمل بسلاسة

المتطلبات:

• خبرة سابقة في استخدام نظام Odoo ضرورية

• دقة عالية واهتمام بالتفاصيل وخاصة الأرقام

• القدرة على إدارة مهام متعددة والالتزام بالمواعيد النهائية

• مهارات جيدة في التواصل باللغة الإنجليزية (معرفة اللغة العربية ميزة إضافية)

• فهم أساسي في النجارة أو تصنيع الأثاث المخصص ميزة مضافة

About the Company

Rare Earth Trading is a specialized company in trading and handcrafted industries located in Al-Wukayr. The company is seeking a detail-oriented and reliable individual to join their team and contribute to accurate pricing and cost recording using the Odoo system.

Job Description

The main responsibility of the Sales & Costing Coordinator is managing price quotations for clients and accurately recording costs and purchases using Odoo.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and send quotations to clients using Odoo

• Track and record expenses, materials, and labor costs

• Maintain accurate records of purchase orders and supplier invoices

• Work with the workshop supervisor to update job costs as needed

• Assist in monitoring project profitability

• Keep the Odoo system organized and up to date

• Coordinate with sales and production teams to ensure smooth workflow

Requirements:

• Experience using Odoo is mandatory

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy with numbers

• Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines

• Good communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus)

• Basic understanding of carpentry or custom furniture manufacturing is an advantage
