We are hiring for the following positions at Evergreen Organics - Doha:

1. Accountant

Location: Doha
Responsibilities:

Coordinating accounting functions and programs.
Preparing financial analyses and reports.
Preparing revenue projections and forecasting expenditure.
Assisting with preparing and monitoring budgets.
Maintaining and reconciling balance sheet and general ledger accounts.
Assisting with annual audit preparations.

2. Commis Chef

Location: Doha
Responsibilities:

Assist other chefs in the kitchen.
Learn the basics on the job and continue to grow skills.
Follow company policies and SOPs.
Arrive on time, in uniform, and ready for work.
Maintain a positive attitude with guests and coworkers.
Support all stations and help prepare ingredients.
Receive and store fresh ingredient deliveries.
Measure ingredients as required by recipes.

3. Spa and Wellness Development Manager

Location: Doha
Responsibilities:

Manage spa receptionists, therapists, and attendants.
Prepare staff rosters in coordination with Operations Manager.
Control costs and grow revenue.
Ensure positive interactions between team and customers.
Create a motivating team environment.
Represent the spa for VIP customer visits.
Collect content for social media.
Update team and clients about service menu and retail products.
Stay in contact with clients for updates and promotions.

4. F&B Supervisor (Female)

Location: Doha
Responsibilities:

Handle customer complaints and daily café operations.
Oversee front-of-house team functions.
Act as liaison between staff and management.
Complete incident reports when necessary.
Ensure food safety, health, and company policies are followed.

5. Barista (Female)

Location: Doha

6. Spa Therapist / Facialist

Location: Doha
Responsibilities:

Provide a variety of spa and skincare treatments.
Consult with clients to understand their needs.
Maintain a clean and comfortable work area.
Recommend suitable products after treatments.
