Role Overview
Are you a driven and curious graduate looking to launch a career in civil engineering? AECOM is offering a unique opportunity to join the Civil Infrastructure team in Qatar as part of the 2026 Graduate Program.
This position provides hands-on experience across a broad range of infrastructure projects, including road design, utilities, bridges, and urban development – helping to build a strong foundation in civil engineering.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in designing civil infrastructure elements including roads, utilities, and site layouts.
Participate in applying quality control procedures and industry standards.
Support senior engineers with design documentation, reporting, and project deliverables.
Contribute to production of drawings and design models using software like AutoCAD and Civil 3D.
Engage in cross-functional coordination and attend team meetings to understand project workflows.
