Procurement Officer
Location: Doha

Full-time position with a competitive salary ranging from QAR 5,000 to QAR 6,000 per month depending on experience.

Handle all local and international purchases, tenders, and contracts with vendors to ensure smooth procurement operations.

Manage inventory by maintaining stock levels according to consumption and monitoring daily stock to meet customer demands efficiently.

Maintain a procurement calendar to check shipment status and documentation, coordinating with freight forwarders, shipping lines, and suppliers for necessary documents.

Apply for food items registration in the Ministry of Public Health (MOPH) system as per ministry guidelines.

Submit all new imported items for listing price approval for modern trade in the Ministry of Commerce and Industry (MOCI) system.

Coordinate with warehouse staff for shipment deliveries, stock management, and offloading shipments to ensure goods are delivered correctly and in good condition.

Ensure timely communication and collaboration with warehouse personnel to support efficient stock handling and delivery processes.

Preferred candidates have at least 5 years of procurement experience, particularly with food products, and must be able to join immediately.
