Effective delivery of the curriculum in accordance with relevant policies and procedures within the QTI.
Ensuring military students make good progress as measured against the CEFR.
Support the development of the department and instructors by identifying opportunities for continuous improvement.
Support a culture of reflection and improvement, and show a passion for teaching with a can-do, solution focused attitude.
Work collaboratively with all English instructors, and instructors of other subjects, to provide students with the best chance of success in the Foundation programme.
