Job Description
We are seeking a Senior IT Manager to lead the international support team for a leading financial institution operating in the Qatari and international markets. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring IT solutions meet business requirements and supporting daily operations. This role acts as a key liaison between IT and business teams, understanding market trends and regulatory changes, and driving service improvement initiatives aligned with company objectives.
Key Duties and Responsibilities

Design and develop Service Level Agreements (SLAs) ensuring quality service delivery with cost efficiency

Lead and support IT project initiatives from requirements gathering through execution and follow-up
-
Prepare detailed business cases to support IT project demands and align with business strategies
-
Actively participate in service improvement planning and contribute to Change Advisory Board activities to ensure continuous process enhancement
-
Monitor performance to meet or exceed SLA targets and promptly address breaches with corrective measures
-
Coordinate with stakeholders to identify new IT project opportunities and foster collaboration
-
Ensure full compliance with internal/external regulations and relevant risk management frameworks
Qualifications
-
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, IT, Finance, or related field; Master’s degree preferred

Minimum of 8 years’ experience in IT, preferably within international banking or financial environments

Certified training in IT and banking systems such as ITIL, COBIT, or equivalent
-
Strong leadership skills with ability to manage cross-functional teams and handle work pressure

Analytical skills with deep understanding of IT support and project management

الوصف الوظيفي
يُطلب مدير أول لتقنية المعلومات (IT) ليقود فريق الدعم الدولي في مؤسسة مالية رائدة تعمل في السوق القطري والدولي. يتولى المرشح مسؤولية ضمان تلبية متطلبات الأعمال التقنية وتوفير الحلول المناسبة لدعم العمليات اليومية، كما يكون حلقة الوصل بين فرق تكنولوجيا المعلومات والأعمال التجارية. يجب على المدير فهم اتجاهات السوق والتغيرات التنظيمية، وقيادة مبادرات تحسين الخدمات التقنية بما يتماشى مع أهداف الشركة.
المهام والمسؤوليات الرئيسية
تصميم وتطوير اتفاقيات مستوى الخدمة (SLAs) التي تضمن جودة الخدمة وتحقق أفضل تكلفة ممكنة
قيادة ودعم مبادرات مشاريع تقنية المعلومات بدءاً من جمع المتطلبات وحتى التنفيذ والمتابعة
إعداد دراسات جدوى واضحة ومفصلة لدعم طلبات المشاريع التقنية والتأكد من توافقها مع استراتيجيات الأعمال
المشاركة الفعالة في تخطيط تحسين الخدمات التقنية والمساهمة في لجان التغيير والتطوير لضمان استمرارية تحسين العمليات
مراقبة الأداء وضمان تحقيق وتجاوز مستويات اتفاقيات الخدمة، والتعامل مع أية انحرافات أو خروقات من خلال إجراءات تصحيحية فورية
التنسيق مع أصحاب المصلحة لتحديد فرص مشاريع تقنية جديدة وتعزيز التعاون بينهم
ضمان الالتزام التام بكافة القوانين والأنظمة الداخلية والخارجية، وأطر إدارة المخاطر ذات الصلة
المؤهلات المطلوبة
شهادة بكالوريوس في إدارة الأعمال، تقنية المعلومات، المالية، أو مجال ذي صلة. شهادة الماجستير تعتبر ميزة إضافية
خبرة عملية لا تقل عن 8 سنوات في مجال تكنولوجيا المعلومات، مع أولوية لمن لديهم خبرة في بيئات مصرفية أو مالية دولية
شهادات تدريبية معتمدة في نظم المعلومات والبنوك مثل ITIL، COBIT، أو شهادات مماثلة
مهارات قيادية عالية وقدرة على إدارة فرق متعددة التخصصات والتعامل مع ضغوط العمل
قدرة تحليلية قوية وفهم عميق لتقنيات الدعم الفني وإدارة المشاريع
المهارات الشخصية
تواصل فعّال مع مختلف المستويات داخل المؤسسة وخارجها
مهارات تفاوض وحل مشكلات متقدمة
القدرة على العمل ضمن فرق دولية ومتعددة الثقافات
