Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to support project managers and site teams. The ideal candidate will have experience in contracting companies and strong skills in project coordination, documentation, and stakeholder communication to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
Key Responsibilities:

Assist project managers in planning, scheduling, and coordinating project activities.

Monitor timelines, budgets, and deliverables for project alignment.

Maintain up-to-date documentation including contracts, drawings, reports, and approvals.

Communicate effectively with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers.

Prepare and track correspondence, reports, and meeting minutes.

Position Overview:
Seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Estimator specialized in aluminum and façade systems. The role involves preparing competitive and accurate cost estimates for curtain walls, cladding, glazing, doors, and windows, with strong technical knowledge and understanding of local market materials and pricing.
Key Responsibilities:

Review architectural, structural, and MEP drawings to determine quantities and scope.
