Medical Representative Supervisor
Job Summary:
The Medical Representative Supervisor leads, trains, and manages a team of Medical Representatives to achieve sales targets, ensure effective territory coverage, and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals. This role involves planning, monitoring performance, ensuring compliance with company policies, and acting as a link between field representatives and management.
Key Responsibilities:

Supervise, mentor, and motivate the medical sales team to meet individual and team sales goals.

Qualifications:

Strong leadership, coaching, and communication skills.

Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.

سجل مثبت في تحقيق أو تجاوز أهداف المبيعات.

إجادة استخدام أدوات CRM وبرامج مايكروسوفت أوفيس.

Tender Delivery Coordinator
Key Responsibilities:
-
Add delivery details for all new purchase orders received to the calendar.
-
Monitor delivery schedule for all awarded purchase orders, considering client requests to advance or postpone deliveries as necessary.
-
Prepare requests for import approval to be submitted to the Ministry of Public Health.
-
Coordinate with the Logistics Department and/or Warehouse Team regarding shipments for tender supply.
-
Request invoicing for each delivery due and instruct Warehouse to arrange delivery accordingly.
-
Ensure receipt of the Sales Order (SO) number for invoicing.
-
Collect and log stamped invoices and/or delivery vouchers as proof of delivery.
-
Notify the Accounts Department of any late deliveries expected to incur penalty charges and provide supporting documents explaining the delay.
-
Close tender files once all deliveries are completed.
-
Fill out tender checklists and attach them to each file for tracking purposes.
-
Prepare monthly tender reports covering all tender activities with recent updates.
Qualifications:

Graduate of Pharmacy, Nursing, or any similar field.
-
At least 2 years of experience in a similar position is preferable.

Ready to join immediately or within a short time.

Fluent in English (written and spoken).

طلب الفواتير لكل تسليم مستحق وتوجيه المستودع لترتيب التسليم حسب ذلك.

التأكد من استلام رقم أمر البيع (SO) لقسم الفواتير.
-
جمع وتسجيل الفواتير المختومة و/أو قسائم التسليم كدليل على التسليم.
-
إعلام قسم الحسابات بأي تأخيرات في التسليم من المتوقع أن تترتب عليها غرامات، وإرسال الوثائق الداعمة لتوضيح سبب التأخير.
-
إغلاق ملف المناقصة بمجرد استكمال جميع التسليمات المستحقة.
-
تعبئة قائمة مراجعة المناقصة وإرفاقها بكل ملف للمتابعة.
-
إعداد تقرير شهري عن أنشطة المناقصات مع التحديثات الأخيرة.
المؤهلات:
-
خريج في الصيدلة، التمريض، أو أي مجال مشابه.
-
خبرة لا تقل عن سنتين في نفس المجال مفضلة.
-
جاهز للانضمام فوراً أو خلال فترة قصيرة.
-
إجادة اللغة الإنجليزية كتابة وتحدثاً.
-
متاح (ذكر/أنثى) محلياً.
