1. MEP Coordinator
We are seeking an experienced MEP Coordinator with minimum of 15 years of experience in large-scale construction projects, preferably in Qatar or the GCC region. The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating, supervising, and ensuring the proper execution of Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) systems within projects. The role requires strong technical knowledge, leadership, and coordination skills to ensure compliance with project specifications, timelines, and safety standards.
what you will do?
- Oversee MEP works from design to execution, ensuring integration with civil and architectural works.
- Review and interpret MEP drawings, specifications, and BOQs to ensure compliance with project requirements.
- Coordinate with MEP subcontractors, suppliers, and consultants to ensure quality and timely completion of works.
- Monitor and inspect MEP installations on-site, ensuring adherence to Qatar Construction Standards (QCS) and international codes.
- Ensure all MEP works comply with HSE regulations, Qatar Civil Defense (QCD) requirements, and local municipality guidelines.

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior ELV Engineer to lead the design, implementation, and maintenance of Extra Low Voltage systems, including security and surveillance systems, in compliance with Qatar regulations. The candidate able to demonstrate strong knowledge of ELV systems used in commercial and residential projects.
what you will do?
- Lead and manage ELV projects, including design, installation, testing, commissioning, and handover.
- Design and supervise the implementation of systems such as: CCTV, Access Control, Intrusion Alarm Systems, Public Address, Audio/Video Intercom, Structured Cabling Systems, Fire Alarm & BMS (in coordination with respective teams)
- Ensure compliance with local codes, standards (QCDD, MOI), and international best practices.
- Liaise with consultants, contractors, and authorities for project approvals and inspections.
- Review and validate ELV shop drawings, technical submittals, and material approvals.
- Prepare BOQs, cost estimates, and technical specifications.
- Conduct site inspections, FAT/SAT, and ensure quality and timely delivery.
- Provide technical support and training to junior engineers and technicians.
- Handle documentation for MOI-SSD submissions and approvals.
