A leading construction company in Qatar is looking for a well-experienced Female Secretary to handle all secretarial and administrative tasks. The ideal candidate must be currently in Qatar and fully familiar with handling emails, coordination, document control, and general office work.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage all email communications and official correspondence
- Prepare reports, letters, and maintain organized filing systems
- Schedule meetings, appointments, and manage calendars
- Answer phone calls and follow up with clients, consultants, and suppliers
- Support project teams and senior management with admin tasks

- Experience working with AutoCAD and validating quantities from the given drawings.
- Knowledge of services guidelines, such as the Building Codes.
- Understanding general contracting, design-build, package contracting, value-based project and loading margins and lumpsum in commercial, residential and projects.
3. PMT Construction Manager
Job Description:
- Bachelor's degree in engineering or equivalent experience required. Minimum 15 years of Oil & Gas EPC project experience, including GCC experience.
- Proven expertise in construction engineering and project execution within Oil & Gas. Strong knowledge of construction discipline and execution sequencing, including modulization.
- Proficient in MS Office and SAP. Excellent organizational, planning, and execution skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills to liaise effectively at all organizational levels. Ability to influence and motivate teams to meet project objectives.
- Experience managing construction teams and subcontractors on complex projects. Leadership in developing construction deliverables and managing SIMOPS.
- Ability to coordinate onsite construction activities and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards. Facilitate communication between project teams and stakeholders for smooth project delivery.
- Innovate technical and execution solutions to enhance construction and commissioning transitions. Manage construction plans, procedures, and deliverables approval.

Job Description:
- Minimum 15 years solid experience in Oil and Gas plant commissioning and pre-commissioning, covering multi-disciplinary scope including wellhead platforms, process and utility equipment, PLCs, control systems, ESD systems, electrical equipment, F&G systems, UPS, downhole gauges, RTU, multi-phase flow meters, radio communication, switchgear, etc. At least 5 years offshore project experience required.
- Proven experience with opercom methodology and completion management systems (e.g., ICAPS, WinPCS). Strong knowledge of mechanical completion and facility handover processes.
- Experience in reviewing contractual documentation and supporting proposal/tender teams for commissioning scope. Ability to manage commissioning activities cost-effectively within budget and schedule.
- Skilled in controlling vendor requirements onsite and maximizing resource utilization. Capable of preparing commissioning engineering documents, method statements, and dossier preparation for smooth handover.
- Provide technical guidance during procurement phase to Project Manager. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, for effective interaction with commissioning teams and client representatives.
- Strong HSSE awareness with proven ability to promote and maintain safety standards. Report directly to Head of Engineering or Project Manager.
6. Foreman (Stainless Steel – Kitchen Assembly)
Job Responsibilities:
- Read and interpret product schematics & assembly instructions.
- Verify dimensions & product specifications for accuracy.
- Ensure all required parts are available before assembly.
- Mark cutting lines on materials for fabrication.
