We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Chief Accountant to join our Real Estate company. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing all accounting and financial operations, ensuring compliance with regulations, preparing accurate reports, and supporting management in strategic financial planning.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise and manage the accounting team and daily financial operations.
  • Prepare and analyze financial statements, budgets, and forecasts.
  • Monitor cash flow, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and bank reconciliations.
  • Ensure compliance with local laws, tax regulations, and accounting standards.
