1. Technical Office Engineer
To handle all technical and engineering aspects of swimming pool construction and maintenance projects, including preparing shop drawings, material submittals, quantity take-offs, and coordination with consultants, suppliers, and the project team to ensure project execution in compliance with design, specifications, and standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and review shop drawings, as-built drawings, and design layouts for swimming pool systems (civil, plumbing, electrical, filtration, and MEP integration).
- Coordinate with consultants for drawing approvals and technical clarifications.
- Ensure drawings comply with project specifications, local regulations, and international pool standards (e.g., FINA, BS, ASHRAE, etc.).
- Prepare BOQs, material take-offs, and cost estimates for pool construction and maintenance works.
- Evaluate and compare supplier quotations, ensuring technical compliance.
- Coordinate between site execution team, consultants, and suppliers to ensure smooth implementation of approved designs.

- Proficient in AutoCAD, MS Office.
- Familiar with HVAC, electrical load calculations, and water chemistry principles related to pool systems.

2. Senior Planning Engineer
The Planning Engineer (Civil) is responsible for preparing, monitoring, and updating project schedules to ensure civil construction activities are executed within time and cost targets. The role involves coordinating with project teams, contractors, and stakeholders to track progress, identify risks, and implement corrective actions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, update, and maintain project schedules using Primavera P6 / MS Project.
