1. Operations Manager
The Operations Manager will lead and manage the operations of building fabrications, facilities maintenance, and asset management while leveraging the CAFM system for effective scheduling, monitoring, and reporting. This role ensures efficient execution of maintenance activities, fabrication projects, and service delivery in compliance with company standards, client requirements, and safety regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee day-to-day operations for building fabrications, maintenance services, and facilities management.
- Utilize the CAFM system to schedule, monitor, and track all maintenance and fabrication activities.
- Ensure preventive, corrective, and reactive maintenance tasks are executed within SLAs.
- Coordinate with internal teams and subcontractors to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Manage and optimize the CAFM platform for work order management, asset tracking, and reporting.
- Generate performance reports, analyze KPIs, and recommend operational improvements.
- Train and guide the team on effective usage of CAFM functionalities.
- Ensure data accuracy and timely updates within the CAFM system.
- Lead multiple fabrication and maintenance projects from initiation to completion.
- Develop project execution plans, allocate resources, and ensure adherence to timelines and budgets.
- Review technical specifications and ensure compliance with quality standards.
- Supervise, coach, and motivate engineers, supervisors, and technicians.
- Allocate tasks and set clear performance objectives.

- Act as the primary point of contact for clients regarding building fabrication and maintenance services.

2. Planning Engineer
The Planning Engineer is responsible for preparing, monitoring, and updating project schedules for building construction projects. The role involves coordinating with project teams, tracking progress, forecasting project timelines, identifying potential delays, and ensuring the project is completed on time and within budget.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop detailed project schedules (baseline program) using Primavera P6 or MS Project.
- Prepare resource-loaded and cost-loaded programs for all construction activities.
- Coordinate with the Project Manager and site team to gather actual progress data and update the schedule accordingly.
- Monitor project progress and identify critical paths, potential delays, and corrective actions.
- Prepare weekly and monthly progress reports with visual charts and performance indicators (SPI, CPI, etc.).
- Conduct delay analysis and assist in the preparation of extension of time (EOT) claims.
- Review subcontractor programs and ensure alignment with the master schedule.
- Coordinate with procurement and engineering teams to ensure material submittals, approvals, and deliveries are scheduled properly.
- Attend project meetings to present and discuss the project status, schedule updates, and recovery plans.
- Develop cash flow projections and manpower histograms in line with the project schedule.
- Support the project management team in strategic decision-making through data-driven forecasting and scenario analysis.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
- Required 10 years of experience as a Planning Engineer in building construction projects (residential, commercial, or high-rise).
- Proficient in Primavera P6 and MS Project.
- Strong knowledge of project management principles and construction methodologies.
- Experience in delay analysis and EOT claim preparation is an advantage.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and coordination abilities.
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
3. Auto - Painter
The Auto Painter is responsible for performing all painting tasks on vehicles, including surface preparation, mixing, matching, and applying paints to restore vehicles to factory finish or customer specifications. The role requires precision, attention to detail, and adherence to safety and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare vehicle surfaces for painting by sanding, masking, priming, and cleaning.
- Mix and match paint colors according to manufacturer specifications or customer requirements.
- Apply primer, base coat, and clear coat using spray guns and other tools.
- Inspect painted surfaces for quality, ensuring smoothness, color accuracy, and finish consistency.
- Perform minor bodywork repairs as needed before painting.
- Maintain paint booths, spray guns, and related equipment in clean working condition.
- Follow standard operating procedures and safety regulations in the paint shop.
- Ensure all jobs are completed within the estimated time frame and meet company quality standards.

Qualifications & Experience:

- Knowledge of modern paint systems (water-based, solvent-based, metallic, etc.).
- Experience with color matching and blending techniques.
- Familiar with safety procedures related to painting and handling chemicals.
