1. Quantity Surveyor
Responsibilities:
- Prepare, review, and manage cost estimates, BOQs, and cost control documents for TA/SD projects.
- Support planning and execution, ensuring schedule and budget compliance.
- Coordinate with teams to validate quantities, resources, and progress.
- Use MS Project/Primavera for planning and reporting.
- Maintain project data in SAP (PM Module).
- Assist in contract administration, variations, and claims.
- Generate reports and dashboards for management review.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and project requirements.
2. QC Civil Inspector
Job Description:
- Conduct regular inspections of civil works including concrete casting, soil compaction, reinforcement installation, and structural works.
- Verify that all construction activities comply with project specifications, approved drawings, and international standards (ASTM, ACI, BS, ISO).
- Review and approve QA/QC documentation, including Inspection & Test Plans (ITPs), method statements, and quality checklists.
- Supervise and monitor testing procedures for concrete, soil, aggregates, and steel reinforcement, ensuring proper techniques and accurate reporting.
- Maintain accurate and timely quality records, inspection reports, and non-conformance reports (NCRs).

Job Description:

The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of cybersecurity principles, with hands-on experience coordinating technical projects, preferably in IT security or infrastructure environments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and coordinate multiple penetration testing projects across web, mobile, infrastructure, and cloud environments.
- Act as the primary point of contact for the customer during the onsite engagement.
- Define project scope, objectives, timelines, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
- Facilitate retesting cycles and manage new scope of work as requested by the customer.
- Ensure adherence to security testing methodologies, compliance standards, and project governance.
- Allocate resources and manage pentesters to ensure timely delivery.
- Maintain documentation including SoWs, test plans, reports, and closure notes.
- Coordinate with internal teams to enable knowledge transfer and transition if the project scope changes
- Track and report project status, risks, and issues to internal and customer stakeholders.
5. Civil Foreman
Job Description:
- Supervise and coordinate daily civil construction activities and manpower on site.
- Ensure all works (formwork, rebar, concrete, structural works, trenching, etc.) are executed per approved drawings, specifications, and method statements.
- Monitor and enforce compliance with safety, health, and environmental regulations.
- Ensure effective use of materials, equipment, and manpower to meet productivity and quality targets.
- Liaise with subcontractors, engineers, and other foremen for sequencing and timely execution of civil works.
- Conduct daily toolbox talks and ensure all workers follow safe work practices.
- Maintain accurate daily site records, including labor deployment, progress, equipment use, and material receipts.
- Ensure proper implementation of quality control procedures and inspection requests.
- Coordinate with QA/QC team for inspections and approvals.
- Identify and report any design, quality, or safety issues to the Site Engineer or Project Manager.
- Assist in the preparation of look-ahead schedules and planning site logistics.
6. Rigging Draughtsman
We are seeking an experienced Structural Draftsman with strong expertise in AutoCAD to join our lifting team. The candidate will be responsible for preparing lifting plans and structural drawings to support heavy lifting operations at site.
Responsibilities:
