Neo Spectrum Engineering Consultancy Is Seeking Suitable Candidates Of Different Nationalities For Hiring To Fill The Following Positions In Qatar

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the detailed design development of interior spaces for high-rise and mixed-use projects, from concept to construction documentation. Produce comprehensive interior detailing, technical drawings, and material specifications that align with architectural intent and engineering constraints. Collaborate with architectural, structural, and MEP engineers to ensure seamless design integration and technical feasibility. Manage and review shop drawings, mock-ups, and submittals during construction stages. Mentor and guide junior interior designers and architects in technical detailing and documentation standards. Ensure compliance with local building codes, fire & life safety requirements, and international standards. Participate in design coordination meetings and client presentations as a senior representative of the interior architecture discipline.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Interior Architecture or Architecture. Minimum 8–12 years of professional experience, with at least 5 years in an engineering consultancy or multidisciplinary design firm. Proven experience in high-rise residential, hospitality, or commercial tower projects. Strong proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, and BIM coordination workflows. Deep knowledge of detailing complex interiors, joinery systems, finishes, and construction methods. Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills. MMUP accredited is preferred.

• Coordinate and manage BIM models across multiple disciplines to ensure accuracy and consistency.
• Review, check, and validate BIM deliverables in line with project requirements and company standards.
• Facilitate information exchange between design consultants, contractors, and stakeholders.
• Support the development and implementation of the project BIM Execution Plan (BEP).
• Identify and resolve clashes through model coordination and clash detection reports.
• Maintain project documentation and ensure compliance with BIM standards and guidelines.
• Provide technical support and training to project teams on BIM-related issues.
• Collaborate closely with project managers, engineers, and architects to ensure timely delivery of design outputs.

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience as a BIM Coordinator (preferably in the Middle East).
• Proficiency in Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, and related BIM tools.
• Familiarity with international BIM standards and practices (ISO 19650 preferred).
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and coordination abilities.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet project deadlines.
• MME registered is preferred.
