Key Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

  • Escalate issues to higher-level engineers or vendors when necessary, ensuring timely resolution.

Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor network, servers, and systems through NOC tools to ensure smooth operations and uptime.

  • Perform routine system health checks, performance tuning, and preventive maintenance.
  • Troubleshoot network and system issues (LAN, WAN, VPN, Firewalls, Routers, Switches, Servers).
