The role requires to design, coordinate and lead recreational activities and experiences for guests at Doha Beach Club fostering a fun and vibrant atmosphere. This role supports guests enjoyment, strengthens community engagement and enhances the overall guest experience whilst safeguarding guest wellbeing and promoting brand identity through high energy and creative activities.
Accountabilities:
- Perform other department duties related to his / her position as directed by the Head of the Department
- Lead the planning, coordination, and execution of daily recreational programs for guests ensuring all activities run on time and meet quality standards.
- Manage the anime staff including scheduling, performance feedback and provide a collaborative environment.
- Ensure guest safety and wellbeing by enforcing safety protocols.
- Deliver exceptional guest experiences by customizing activities to suit diverse guests needs, ages and cultural background while upholding brand standards.
- Monitor attendance and guest feedback; analyze data to improve offerings and drive guest satisfaction.
- Collaborate with other departments to plan and execute themed events and promotions that align with the Doha Beach Club marketing and operational goals.
About you
- Bachelor’s Degree or Equivalent with Minimum 1 years of job-related experience
- Ability to Work in Beach Venue Conditions (Indoor & Outdoor).
- Be courteous, attentive, efficient in service and well groomed
- Ability to work in a multicultural environment.
- Command of English language.
- Excellent written and verbal English skills - additional language is advantage.
- Good physical stamina.
