What do I need to qualify for this job?
- A valid Qatar road driving license (car, bus, or truck) for at least 2 years.
- A good physical condition, meeting Fitness Class 1 requirements.

Your Qualifications – What You Bring
- Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering or a related field from a recognized university.
- Proven experience (multiple years) in a similar proposal or technical engineering role within the Low Voltage Switchgear domain.
- In-depth understanding of Electrical Networks in Power Distribution, with emphasis on Low Voltage systems.
- Hands-on experience handling technical specifications from diverse sectors: Utilities, Industries, Infrastructure, and Oil & Gas—both direct clients and EPC contractors.
- Strong knowledge of competitors and customer landscape in the LV switchgear segment.
- Commercial and technical acumen, with the ability to craft compelling proposals that meet client requirements.
- Excellent communication skills, with a mature and professional demeanor.
- Self-motivated and target-driven with a passion for growth and innovation.
- A strong team player, adaptable to multicultural work environments.
- Familiarity with the Middle East market, especially the Qatar region, is highly desirable.
3. Vertical Sales Account Manager
Your success is grounded in
- You should already have significant operational experience in leading a Sales function or similar role with:
- Bachelor/master’s degree in electrical/automation/electronic/computer science/mechatronics engineering, or technical high school Diploma
- Strong customer focus
- Strong orientation to reach the targets, initiative, autonomy, and propensity to work in a team
- Strong technical experience of Automation solutions and sales within the automation market

What do I need to qualify for this job?
- You hold a bachelor’s degree in an Engineering field, with recognized qualifications in quality assurance on similar projects.
- You are a certified ISO 9001 Lead Auditor, with additional experience in ISO 45001 and ISO 14001 compliance auditing being advantageous.
- You have at least 5 years’ experience in a senior quality assurance role within the rail industry or public transport.
- You have a strong background in railway operations, preferably with transit system delivery experience and work in the Middle East.
- Experience working in Qatar’s railway sector is preferred.

- Over 5 years of experience in relevant fields such as utility substations, power plants, oil & gas, and brown fields.
- Competencies and handling experience in all Siemens make protection relays , MV GIS Switchgear, AIS Switchgear Primary and Secondary systems (SIVACON / NXAIR / NXPLUS / 8DA/B10 & Siemens protection relays-Siprotec & Reyrolle)
- Siemens factory certification is an advantage
- Team player
- Willing to do shift work & relocation.
- Excellent verbal & written communication skills, technical and non-technical
- Ready to work in offshore/ experience in offshore is preferred.
