• Assisting with the identification, selection and interviewing of candidates.
• Supporting the administrative part of the new hire process, including pre-boarding and onboarding of employees, managing contracts and updating ERP.
• General administration and coordination to keep things running smoothly.
• Maintaining and updating employee records in ERP and Masterfile.
• Assisting with and executing the off-boarding process to ensure a seamless transition.
• Coordinating with the Accommodation Officer for new joiners and updating the accommodation sheet.
• Keeping the accident log report up to date.
• Managing Workmen’s Compensation Policy, including additions and deletions.
• Supporting employee engagement initiatives to create a positive workplace culture.

• Managing daily purchasing activities and allocating tasks.
• Managing supplier relations and negotiating contracts, prices, timelines, etc.
• Coordinating with inventory control to determine and manage inventory needs.
• Ensuring that all procured items meet the required quality standards and specifications.
• Negotiating contract deals with suppliers, in addition to building the foreign/imports and private label range
• Supporting in major negotiations with suppliers – international and local suppliers Advertising and research agencies, etc
• Ensuring proper implementation of policies, procedure, and standards such as service level, imports, suppliers standards, categories maintenance, negotiating terms, etc. for each department in the Division

• Pick, Pack, Process Customer Orders as received via the Shopper App or Order Manager dashboard
• Reviewing of orders vs products available and out calling customers if required- to suggest alternative products
• Goods receiving, replenishment, updating stocks & conducting expiry checks Assisting in product cycle counts-
• Stock inventory Assisting in Purchases / Procurement
• Set priorities that accurately reflect the importance of job responsibilities
• Be aware of quality and service benchmarks to achieve operational efficiency
• Coordinate well with support teams, suppliers, and customers to ensure smooth operations.

• Managing a pharmacy catalog and ensuring strict compliance with the regulations set forth by the Ministry of Public Health (MOPH)
• Spearhead the implementation of new projects.
• Resolve escalations.
• Always keep the customer experience in check.
• Guide and train the new partners on everything Snoonu.
• Charter marketing plans for the accounts on the platform
• Upsell services like premium positioning, offers, banners, etc
• Devise growth strategies for the accounts
• Troubleshooting

• Supervising the restaurant when the Assistant Restaurant Manager is not present, in accordance with brand values to achieve company-set objectives.
• Supervise appropriate inventory & cost of goods control completing daily / weekly / monthly sales reports.
• Train, develop & monitor all team members to ensure consistent demonstration of required guest service standards.
• Set goals with team members prior to each shift and ensure well run shifts all day, every day.
• Help the Assistant Restaurant Manager conduct team member evaluations and appraisals as per the company standards. 
• Supervise & direct Legends to ensure all trainees are receiving proper training.
• Spend time before, during & after each shift with all new team members training within the restaurant.
• Maintain proper staffing and scheduling to ensure quality guest service and within the staffing budget.
• Respond immediately to maintenance or cleanliness problems throughout each shift.
• Ensure sanitation requirements are adhered to by all team members.
