1. Commis Chef
We are looking for a skilled and passionate Chef De Partie to join our culinary team. The ideal candidate will specialize in the Hot & Oven Section, bringing creativity, consistency, and strong attention to detail to ensure top-quality dishes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare, cook, and present dishes in the Hot/Oven section according to restaurant standards.
- Supervise and guide Commis Chefs in daily operations.
- Maintain hygiene, safety, and food quality standards at all times.
- Monitor stock levels and assist in ordering ingredients.
- Work closely with the Sous Chef and Head Chef to develop new menu items.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience as Chef De Partie in reputable restaurants/hotels.
- Strong knowledge of Hot Kitchen & Oven Section techniques.
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Team player with excellent organizational skills.
- Good communication skills in English.
