1. Architectural / structural Draftsman (As-Built)
Responsible for preparing and delivering accurate As-Built drawings for architectural projects, reflecting the actual construction on site. Ensures all drawings comply with project specifications, codes, and standards. Works closely with architects, engineers, and contractors to document modifications and changes made during the construction phase.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare, update, and finalize accurate As-Built drawings for architectural projects.
- Review approved design drawings and compare them with actual site execution.
- Coordinate with architects, structural, mechanical, and electrical engineers to confirm all site modifications.
- Update drawings based on consultant, client, or contractor instructions and site conditions.
- Ensure all drawings meet consultancy standards and local/international codes.
