1. Field Engineer - NextGen Graduate Program
Your day-to-day could include:
- Prepare, deploy, and operate advanced downhole tools to meet specific wellsite objectives
- Utilize cutting-edge simulation software to design and optimize wellsite solutions tailored to client needs
- Analyze performance data and recommend improvements
- Manage equipment logistics and ensure seamless setup and operation at the rig site
- Create detailed post-job reports and share actionable insights with clients and internal teams

- Deliver front-line engineering support to our customers throughout operations, resolving issues independently
What We’re Looking For
- You’ve recently completed (within the last 24 months) a bachelor’s or master’s degree in one of the following technical fields:
- Mechanical

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

2. Field Specialist IV - Coiled Tubing/Wireline/Downhole Tools
As a Well Services (Thru-Tubing) Field Specialist IV at Weatherford, you'll play a crucial role in our offshore operations, providing installation and supervision of thru-tubing downhole tools and equipment. You'll contribute to increasing revenues through exceptional service delivery and operational performance. This demanding, hands-on job utilizes cutting-edge technologies to deliver solutions for our clients.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise and perform installation of thru-tubing retrievable bridge plugs, packers, and service tools.
- Supervise and execute thru-tubing fishing, milling, and intervention operations.
- Support junior team members providing technical supervision and mentorship.
- Ensure compliance with Weatherford’s HSE and Quality standards (API Q2, ISO 9001).
- Accurately complete end-of-well and WPTS reports.
- Conduct equipment maintenance and repairs in the field as needed.
- Remain on-call 24/7 to support Field operations.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and maintain effective communication with clients.
Skills:
- In-depth knowledge of Thru-Tubing Packer/Bridge Plug and/ or Fishing and Milling Operations
- Understanding of the different facets of field operations including but not limited to completions, interventions, remedial work-overs and well rejuvenation.
- Awareness of the latest API Q2 and ISO 9001 standards and requirements
- Ability to work effectively on offshore platforms as well as drilling rigs.
- Perform maintenance & repairs on company owned rental equipment in the field when required.
- Function effectively and efficiently in an demanding, hands-on operational role.
- Communicate clearly especially on operation critical parameters or requirements.
