1. Area Sales Manager
You will be mainly accountable for:
- Develop and implement Business Line sales plans in collaboration with Local Sales organizations.
- Responsible for defining pricing of products and solutions to Local Sales Units focusing on volume, mix, value proposition and E2E profitability targets for the Business Line.
- Analyzing the customer needs and competitor landscape through general market information and the information provided by the Sales organization.
- Ensuring efficient marketing actions (e.g., product launches) and communication with the Sales organization and customers, communicating the value proposition of the products and solutions.
Qualifications For The Role
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Sales and Business Development
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration or related field
- Excellent knowledge of low voltage Drives portfolio or applications is a must

2. Technical Account Manager - DIC and Offshore
You will be mainly accountable for:
- Customer Support & Relationship Management: Handle technical requests, build strong relationships at all levels, and proactively support customers by anticipating their needs and ensuring satisfaction.
- Collaboration & Coordination: Work closely with internal teams and Account Managers to deliver timely offers, identify growth opportunities, and coordinate resources to overcome obstacles.
- Service Delivery & Performance: Manage service contracts, ensure timely delivery and compliance with KPIs, track performance metrics, and communicate progress to stakeholders.
- Sales & Value Expansion: Identify sales opportunities, support pre- and post-sales processes, suggest upgrades, reduce support costs, and ensure 100% contract renewals while demonstrating the value of services delivered.
Qualifications For The Role
- Educational: Graduate in Electrical/Automation Engineering (preferably electrical automation).
- Experience and Process Automation Industry Background: Over 8 years of experience in process automation or the Oil & Gas industry onshore and offshore for process automation, including 5+ years either in Technical Account Management or Technical Lead or Engineering/Service Lead roles in Process Automation business is a Must-Have. (Candidates who work currently in Sales Manager roles and have a previous experience as Technical Lead or Engineering/Service Lead roles in process automation can be considered).
- Technical Process Automation Expertise: Strong hands-on technical experience with DCS, Safety Systems (ESD/FGS), SCADA/RTU, PMS/ELICS is a Must-Have along with ABB or other OEM systems; deep knowledge of ABB solutions including Legacy Systems (Infi90, Freelance), ICSS (AC800M/AC800MHI), and Instrumentation.
- Skills & Communication: Proficient in industrial communication protocols (Modbus RTU/TCP, OPC, Profibus, Profinet, FF), with the ability to understand customer needs and propose timely solutions; fluent in English with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- ABB Product Knowledge: Familiarity with ABB Energy Industries’ offerings in other process industries is a Preferred-to Have.
3. Senior Technical Specialist- Advant Systems
You will be mainly accountable for:
- Perform medium to high complex service tasks in Advant system like installation, commissioning, maintenance, upgrades, retrofits, and repair independently, identify technical problems and perform analysis through remote or on-site activity across service categories (installation and commissioning, maintenance, extensions, replacements, upgrades, retrofit, end of life service etc); perform simple to medium service tasks in AC800M system including installation, commissioning, maintenance, and problem analysis through remote or on-site activity in similar service categories.
- Ensure customer satisfaction by executing service work according to customer order and expectation, create and maintain good relationships with customers, understand their needs, identify new sales opportunities and influence clients regarding the complete service portfolio, prepare documents and reports for customer signature, report work done in a timely manner and follow up when needed, create standards or job durations.
- Coordinate, prepare and ensure that all materials, parts and equipment are available and at the appropriate quality for service activities, prepare standard lists for ease of work, proactively identify potential equipment failures and corrective actions, troubleshoot complex failures and recommend solutions to prevent recurrence.
- Proactively identify suggestions for product, quality and customer service improvement and discuss them with management, actively ensure high HSE standards, work to eliminate unsafe practices and incidents, consistently apply functional processes considering links to other teams.

Qualifications For The Role
- Hands on experience in AC800M/ AC800M HI library-based application development – project & commissioning is essential.
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical or Equivalent Engineering stream. Instrumentation or control
- Minimum 10 years of experience on projects and/or services of Advant (AC450 preferably in Oil & Gas or Power & Water industry for DCS, ESD and F&G systems.
- Hands on experience in System 800xA and Advant (both hardware and software) system installed base maintenance and support is essential.
- Hands on Experience in Industrial networking, network switch configuration and firewalls.
- Hands on experience in system installation, system configuration and Cyber security for 800xA system.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to influence both internally and externally.
