1. Traffic and Road Safety Engineer
About the Role
- At least 10 years of experience in road safety design and remedial engineering schemes, not just TDP management.
- Experience working with consultancies or firms that conduct road safety audits and provide design solutions.
- Familiarity with the Qatar Highway Design Manual (QHDM) is essential.
- Strong experience in engineering-based road safety solutions rather than traffic diversion.
- Experience preparing engineering-based solutions to managing traffic
- Experienced investigating and preparing remedial road safety engineering schemes
- Proven ability to review road design schemes
- Proven ability to review engineering-based policies and related documents
- Strong written and spoken English and Arabic skills.
- Work experience in Qatar is desirable
What do we need from you
- Degree from a recognized university in civil engineering or a related field.
- A minimum of 10 years of relevant experience.
- Experience in preparing engineering-based solutions for traffic management.
- Proven expertise in investigating and preparing remedial road safety engineering schemes.
- Ability to review road design schemes and engineering-based policies.
- Strong written and spoken English and Arabic skills.
2. Secretary
The Secretary carries out various secretarial and administrative duties, including answering telephone calls, taking notes, typing in Arabic and English
Operational Duties & Responsibilities
- Abides by the authorities granted to the position as per the delegation of authority structure and any formal changes thereto.
- Takes minor work related decisions to reduce the duties of the immediate superior.
- Drafts letters from brief notes or oral instructions as required
- Handles all typing and correspondence for the assigned position in Arabic and English, using personal computer (PC) form draft notes, a variety of material such as memoranda, reports, circulars, action forms, contracts, tender letters and minuets of meeting, obtains appropriate signatures and dispatches accordingly.
- Proofreads typed material and submits for review and signature of senior management.
- Assists in PowerPoint Presentation development and formatting.
- Classifies and files storage for future reference
- Creates back–up for all materials as required to safeguard against loss.
- Answers and transfer telephones calls as necessary receives and conveys messages, sets up appointments, answers general queries, etc.
- Carries out other duties such as making photocopies, collating and binding of reports and operating a fax machine. maintaining a stock of department stationery, acting as a controller over consumption of materials, stationary etc
- Assist other departments in preparing standard proposals and general typing.
- Coordinate with travel agencies and hotels for the assigned position’s travel requirement (family included).
- Manage manual and computer–system filing and logs for all activities of the assigned position.
- Communicate with all external contacts and coordinate meetings.
- Translates documents between Arabic and English as required for internal and external communication.
- Handles sensitive information with discretion and ensures the security of confidential documents.
- Assists in the planning and coordination of meetings, conferences, and team events, including logistics and agenda preparation.

3. Maintenance Inspector
Job description
- Investigate and inspect high-risk or incident-prone areas, reporting findings and proposing necessary actions.
- Perform physical site inspections according to the PM/CM delivery schedule, including weekends and nights if necessary.
- Validate maintenance work orders and data against actual site conditions.
- Carry out site assessment of high-risk areas/prone stations following incidents or as need basis.
- Interrogate the MMS asset management data base and cross-reference this on a sample basis against the PM/CM delivery schedule physically for accuracy and information being recorded - validate works being completed against WO in MMS
- Evaluate the quality of maintenance being undertaken by the Service Provider or QR Maintenance Contractors as per the approved maintenance documentation.
- Evaluate the quality of maintenance conducted by service providers, ensuring compliance with approved documentation.
- Ensure that maintenance activities are completed in accordance with company standards and safety regulations.
- Conduct routine and emergency inspections of facilities, machinery, and equipment.
- Identify signs of wear, malfunctions, or potential safety hazards.
- Evaluate the condition of equipment and systems to determine the need for repairs or replacements.
- Validate the MMS asset registry and asset condition assessment on all locations as per the program schedule.
- Oversee the performance of the Contractors activities is in accordance of the approved maintenance documentation.
Profile
- 5 to 10 years in Maintenance / Quality inspector role.
- Experience in Railway industry (preferred)
- Functional understanding of all railways technical disciplines e.g. Rollingstock, Signalling, Telecommunication, MEP, HVAC, Fire Life Safety System, Track etc. would be highly advantageous.
4. Head of IT
About the Role
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of critical software applications.
- Ensure applications are running efficiently and meet business requirements.
- Plan and execute software updates, patches, and upgrades.

What do we need from you
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, Operations Management, or related field; MBA preferred
