1. Timekeeper – Construction
We are hiring a Timekeeper to manage daily attendance, working hours, and overtime records for construction site personnel. The role ensures accurate payroll inputs, compliance with company procedures, and effective manpower reporting.
Key Responsibilities
- Record daily attendance for workers, staff, and subcontractors
- Track working hours, overtime, night shifts, and absences
- Prepare weekly and monthly timesheets for payroll processing
- Verify overtime against approved OT forms
- Coordinate with site supervisors, HR, and Finance
- Maintain accurate attendance records for audits and reporting
- Generate manpower and attendance reports using Excel
Requirements
- Diploma or equivalent (Administration / HR preferred)
- Minimum 2 years’ experience as a Timekeeper in construction
- Proficient in MS Excel (attendance sheets, formulas)
- Knowledge of construction site operations and manpower control
- Strong attention to detail and confidentiality
- Good communication skills in English (Arabic is an advantage)
2. Planning Engineer
We are seeking an experienced Planning Engineer to support project planning, scheduling, monitoring, and reporting activities for infrastructure/construction projects in Qatar. The role requires strong Primavera P6 expertise, analytical skills, and hands-on experience with project controls in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, update, and maintain detailed project schedules using Primavera P6
- Prepare baseline programs, recovery schedules, and progress updates
- Monitor project progress against approved baselines and identify variances
- Analyze delays, critical paths, and recommend corrective actions
- Prepare weekly and monthly planning reports for management and stakeholders
- Coordinate with project managers, site teams, and subcontractors
- Support EOT claims with proper planning narratives and time impact analysis
- Ensure planning activities align with contractual and project requirements
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Civil preferred)
- Minimum 5–8 years of experience as a Planning Engineer
- Strong proficiency in Primavera P6 (mandatory)
- Solid understanding of construction sequencing and project controls
- Experience in Qatar/GCC infrastructure or building projects preferred
- Knowledge of delay analysis and reporting
- Strong communication and coordination skills
