1. Wellhead Operations Specialist (Offshore)
As a Wellhead Operations Specialist (Offshore), you will provide critical technical expertise in well operations, maintenance, and repairs to ensure the safe, reliable, and efficient functioning of wells. You will perform deficiency analysis and develop strategies that align with the Company’s Quality and Safety Management.
You will be working alongside the Head of Wellhead and Operations Support, with a support team of 4 to 6.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, oversee, and coordinate all well maintenance, well integrity testing, and well repair activities to ensure wells operate safely and reliably, consistently meeting company and shareholder expectations.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive well operations and maintenance strategies that support production volume forecasts
- Respond promptly to emergencies to minimize safety risks and financial impact to assets.
- Collaborate closely with Offshore Management teams to ensure the effective execution of operational and maintenance procedures
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize workflows and working methods within the team.
- Support internal and external audits related to well operations and maintenance activities.
- Manage the scoping, development, and review of work programs for non-routine or high-risk well activities, ensuring compliance and safety, while incorporating new wells from expansion projects.
- Act as the key liaison between offshore planning and maintenance to ensure seamless coordination, timely follow-up, and transparent communication of well status and activities.
- Provide support and technical advice to the Well & Operations Support Head and other Offshore Division Managers as required.
Experience:
- Minimum 8 years of experience in rig-less well work operations within the oil and/or gas industry.
- At least 3 years’ experience in rig-assisted well work operations, either offshore or onshore.
- Strong knowledge of Well Integrity Management, including Sustained Casing Pressure Management, Leak-off Testing, and Wellhead & Xmas Tree Maintenance.
- Familiarity with key well engineering disciplines such as Wellhead, Tree & Surface Equipment, Subsurface Equipment, Cased-hole, and Production Logging.
2. Pigging Chemical Specialist
As a Pigging Chemical Specialist, you will lead the development and coordination of our client's offshore pipeline chemical inventory and vendor supply network. Your expertise will drive the seamless management of critical chemical supplies—such as corrosion inhibitors and Mono-ethylene Glycol (MEG)—across multiple offshore assets, ensuring uninterrupted, sustainable production through effective supply chain oversight, contract management, and logistical support. You will be working alongside the Head of Pipeline and Subsea.
In this dynamic role, you will collaborate closely with onshore and offshore operations teams, supply chain partners, and third-party vendors to guarantee optimal chemical availability aligned with seasonal demands and major project expansions. Your strategic approach will maintain resilience in supply contracts, storage solutions, and quality assurance processes vital for flow assurance and pipeline integrity.
Required Skills
- Proven expertise in chemical logistics management within oil and gas operations
- Strong understanding of offshore pipeline operations, including pigging and flow assurance principles
- Experience managing supply contracts, tender processes, and vendor relationships effectively
- Ability to produce and review technical procedures relevant to chemical handling and supply
- Proficiency in English (written and spoken) and computer literacy, especially Microsoft Office and contract management software
- Exceptional coordination and communication skills to engage multiple internal and external stakeholders
Nice to Have Skills
- Familiarity with corrosion inhibitor and MEG handling specific to offshore pipeline systems
- Knowledge of budgeting processes and invoice management for chemical procurement
- Experience working within major project expansions and integrating asset chemical requirements
- Previous involvement with compliance to health, safety, and environmental regulations in chemical supply chains
3. Yard Engineering Lead
Qualifications
- Bachelor’sDegreeinEngineering.Knowledgeand/orExperience
- 8 years of relevant Engineering experience in a major projectenvironment within the oil and gas industry and having a broadknowledge of engineering execution including design standards,specifications, codes, safety criteria, offshore facilities design,construction and operations.
Technical and Business Skills
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a focus onteamwork and the ability to communicate and interact within a PMT.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in multi-disciplinary, multicultural teams in offshoreenvironments.
- Excellent report writing and presentation skills
- A high level of proficiency in written and spoken English
- Computer literacy involving the regular use of professional officeapplications and some technical applications. Good knowledge ofmechanical equipment, piping, pipeline, structural, instrument,telecom, piping and electrical.
4. Information Management Lead
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage document review processes and EDMS systems for PMT.
- Provide training on EDMS and ensure compliance with Qatargas requirements.
- Implement and steward IM policies, processes, and controls.
- Oversee contractor IM processes and conduct quality assessments.
- Support administration of SharePoint and EDMS systems.
- Ensure data integrity and security across multiple platforms.
Experience:
- 8+ years in Information Management (preferably oil & gas projects).
- Strong IT skills, SharePoint, Database concepts.
- Knowledge of EDMS and documentation standards.
- Experience with audits, quality systems, and final dossier handover.
