Job Description
- Ensure compliance to discipline codes and relevant standards.
- Exercise control over workmanship and conformance to specifications.
- Responsible for adherence to the quality plan.
- Ensure availability of appropriate versions of applicable Work documents such as AFC drawings, specifications and international codes and standards.
- Analyze data effectively and decide on which information is relevant to Project Specification.
- Maintain records of calibration, inspection and testing equipment. Witness procedures, tests and certify the results.
- Verify material receiving inspection and its conformance to the project specification.
- Ensure that all inspection and test activities during Coating Procedure Qualification Test and manufacturer followed and verified.
- Structure release checks through verification of material traceability, NDE clearance, prior to coating.
- In-process surveillance verify compliance with specified fabrication procedure.
- Perform final walkdown inspection, generation & verification of punch list close out.
- Provide advice on special inspections, repairs, and solutions to anomalies.
- Complete and endorse all inspection records
Qualifications
- Engineering / Diploma, or suitable equivalent plus recognized Trade Certificates
- Coating Inspection Certificates such as NACE Level 2 / CSWIP BGAS 2 or equivalent.
- 15+ years of working experience as inspection personnel for Oil & Gas projects, 10 years of which must be in the onshore Gas Facilities sector.
- Experience in inspection activities during procurement, fabrication, and installation of oil and gas production facilities projects.
- Strong leadership and supervision skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proactive and visible safety leadership presence on site.
- Ability to conduct training and audits effectively.
2. Advanced NDT Technician

Job Description
- Perform advanced Non-Destructive Testing (NDT) techniques including UT and PAUT.
- Conduct corrosion mapping using scanners such as Eddyfi RMS, Olympus, AUT and similar systems.
- Identify site issues promptly and implement effective solutions.
- Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards during all inspection activities.
Qualifications
- Education: B.Sc. or Diploma in Engineering or related field.
- Technical Certification:
- PCN Level II in Ultrasonic Testing (UT) and Phased Array Ultrasonic Testing (PAUT)
- Additional NDT methods will be considered an advantage.

Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Non-Destructive Testing (NDT) Technician with over 10 years of hands-on expertise in Magnetic Flux Leakage (MFL) tank inspection and advanced tube inspection techniques. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IRIS, ECT, RFT, MFL, and Eddy Current Array (ECA) technologies, and a proven track record of delivering high-quality inspection services in industrial environments.
- Perform MFL inspections on storage tanks and pipelines.
- Conduct tube inspections using IRIS, ECT, RFT, and ECA techniques.
- Analyze and interpret inspection data to identify defects and anomalies.
- Prepare detailed inspection reports and ensure compliance with industry standards.
- Maintain and calibrate NDT equipment regularly.
- Collaborate with engineering and QA/QC teams to support maintenance and integrity programs.
- Ensure strict adherence to safety protocols and inspection procedures.
Qualifications
- Minimum 10 years of experience in NDT, with specialization in MFL and tube inspection.
- Certified in relevant NDT methods (ASNT/PCN/ISO9712 preferred).
- Strong understanding of inspection standards and codes (API, ASME, ASTM).
- Proficient in data analysis and reporting software.

- Experience in site inspection of piping and structural fabrication for offshore structures.
- Installation Risers Piping installation with Hook up for new Jackets with temporary decks for wellhead platforms
- The stages and extend of Inspection during rigid (CRA) piping and exotic lines, while conducting inspection required for the project and adequately describes
- Inspection required for each component, reference procedures, specifications, codes and standards, responsible personnel, specific to the project requirements.
- Pre-inspection Meeting shall be conducted prior to start of offshore campaign and Hook up Team.
- Receive materials, check type, size / dimension, condition & quantity. (Welding Consumables, Coating material, NDT Consumables etc.) at offshore.
- Material Verification, Visual Inspection and Document Review. For materials directly delivered to offshore from Vendor or for items which Punch list open & close during line walk.
- Witness the bolt torque & Hydro test as per approved ITP.
- Clearance for NDT before field strength test, Test pack review
Qualifications
- Bachelors / Diploma in mechanical Engineering with 15 years of experience in oil & Gas offshore projects.
- CSWIP / AWS with NDT - RT, UT, MT, PT
