1. Clinic Supervisor
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee all aspects of day-to-day clinic operations and provide ongoing support to the team on delivering outstanding patient care.
- Ensure the highest level of customer service and satisfaction is delivered during each patient interaction and serve as the primary point of contact for patient concerns and/or complaints.
- Provide direction and leadership to team members and address team member inquiries and/or concerns in a timely manner.
- Conduct clinic inspection and ensure everything is up to standard and report any malfunctions and/or anything that require improvement to the General Manager.
- Implement policies and procedures for a smooth operation in the reception and as a whole approved by the General Manager.
- Promptly address patient inquiries and report concerns and/or complaints to the General Manager.
- Implement new things to improve daily operations in the clinic approved by the General Manager.
- Organize rooms for Doctors to ensure smooth operation.
- Perform other duties as required.
2. Dermatologist
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide compassionate and comprehensive care to a diverse population of pediatric and adult patients.
- Perform a variety of cosmetic treatments, including Mesotherapy and PRP therapy for hair loss.
- Perform micro needling treatments using Derma Roller and Derma Pen products and/or techniques.
- Perform aesthetic dermatology treatments including Filler, Botox, Profhilo, Thread Lift, 4D Facelift, and Platelet Rich Plasma treatments.
- Perform a variety of medical dermatology treatments, including Derma Surgery, Derma Pathology, electrocautery treatments, curettage/wart removal, acne scar removal, acne treatment, and skin cancer treatment.
- Perform laser treatments including Q-switched, Fraxel, V-Beam, Carbon Dioxide, Infini Lutronic, Excimer and Erbium.
- Accurately update patient records and verify records for accuracy during each appointment.
- Provide ongoing guidance and support to patients and serve as the primary resource for patients requiring ongoing care.
- Perform proper consultation to a diverse population of pediatric and adult patients.
- Continually deliver high-quality patient care while meeting productivity goals and metrics.
