1. PRO cum Procurement Officer
Requirements:
- Minimum 3–5 years experience in Qatar in PRO and/or procurement role
- Strong knowledge of Qatar Labour Law and government procedures
- Experience in construction / fit-out procurement is an advantage
- Familiarity with Metrash, ADLSA, and other government portals
- Good communication skills in English (Arabic is an advantage)
- Valid Qatar Driving License preferred
2. Fit Out Foreman
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise daily fit-out activities including gypsum, ceiling, joinery, flooring, painting, and finishing works
- Manage site manpower and allocate tasks effectively
- Ensure works are carried out as per approved drawings, specifications, and project schedule
- Coordinate with Site Engineer, MEP teams, and subcontractors
- Ensure quality standards and HSE requirements are strictly followed
- Report daily progress and site issues to Site Engineer / Project Manager
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years experience in fit-out works, with Qatar experience preferred
- Strong knowledge of interior finishing works and site execution
- Ability to read drawings and coordinate works on site
- Good leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
3. Fit Out Engineer
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and manage interior fit-out works (gypsum, ceiling, joinery, flooring, finishes, etc.)
- Coordinate with consultants, main contractors, subcontractors, and MEP teams
- Ensure execution of works as per approved shop drawings and specifications
- Prepare and follow up WIRs, material submittals, and method statements
- Monitor site progress, quality control, and HSE compliance
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering / Architecture or related field
- Minimum 3–5 years fit-out experience in Qatar
- Good knowledge of local site practices and authority requirements
- Strong ability to read drawings and manage site coordination
- Valid Qatar Driving License is an advantage
4. Mechnical Engineer (UPDA-C)
We are a leading construction and fit-out company in Qatar seeking a Mechanical Engineer (UPDA Certified) with 5–6 years of GCC experience to join our growing and dynamic team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and manage all mechanical works including HVAC, plumbing, and fire-fighting systems.
- Coordinate with consultants, main contractors, and other engineering disciplines to ensure smooth project execution.
- Review and interpret technical drawings, specifications, and shop drawings to ensure compliance with project requirements and local authorities’ standards.
- Monitor site progress, manpower, and material usage to ensure works are completed on time, within budget, and to quality standards.
- Prepare and submit method statements, material submittals, inspection requests, and progress reports.
- Ensure compliance with HSE regulations and project quality requirements.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
- UPDA Certification (Mandatory).
- 5–6 years of GCC experience, preferably in construction or fit-out projects.
- Strong technical knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, and fire-fighting systems.
- Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
- Valid Qatar Driving License is preferred.
