-Responsible for documentation & application of visa, baladiya, company license renewal.
-Preparation of job offer, acceptance of resignation & termination letter
-Monitor & coordinate with mandoubs
Male , bilingual (English, Arabic) read and write, good knowledge in governmental processes like visa issuance, social security, license renewal, etc. Holder of Kuwait visa 18 or 22 (transferable)
System Administrator
· Provide troubleshooting, implementation, and configuration of Network, Desktop, and Server hardware and software.
· Provide support for Microsoft Active Directory, Exchange server, Security Appliance devices, User & Server Data backup, and Storage devices.
· Administrating Firewall, Email Spam filter, and Endpoint software to ensure the best security practice applied.
· Manage an organization’s servers and desktop and IT equipment and Provide technical support to computer users.
· Timely update of security patches on the servers and ensure smooth functionally.
· Interpret and solve problems when a user alerts that a problem exists.
· Recommend improvements, such as hardware and software upgrades.
· Make sure that employees’ workstations are working efficiently and stay connected to the central computer network and provide support to showrooms in different locations.
Experience: Min 2-5 years of relevant experience.
Certification: CCNA and Microsoft server certification (added advantage)
Salary: KD 400/-
