General Production Manager in Kuwait as per the below requirements:

Proven change management record with ability to connect people , content, and systems.
Global exposure to industry best practices with quality focused trends in dairy and FMCG manufacturing industries.
Project management skills with high competence in global sustainability leadership.

Role and Responsibility
Lead all production operations and output measures (i.e., OEE, yield loss, product quality, on time delivery, , transactional accuracy)
Anticipate and correct trends which may compromise the achievement of daily production targets.
Lead production improvement necessary to deliver the site annual operating plan.
Ensure cost performance gaps are identified, and action plans are developed, and resources are properly allocated.
Lead people’s learning and development trends and create a future workforce which is more adept to digital technologies
Inculcate lean behavior and methodologies across the entire production value chain
Optimize production to ensure the facility maintains a leadership position in the industry and is abreast of the latest manufacturing trends
Build and maintain proper staffing level, employee performance evaluations, employee discipline and employee commendation

Effective Utilization of manpower and equipment to meet production goals , on schedule and within budget.
Streamline the production process from production data analysis to delivery of periodic production reports
Eligibility Criteria
Bachelor's degree in Dairy Science and Technology / Food Technology or related field
Dairy Experience -having worked in managerial jobs at the level of plant manager in a smaller plant or production manager at a large plant Proficient in working with MS office programs, ERP, MES systems
