Job Summary
Manage the business development for assigned categories and assigned marketes with target profitable growth.
The individual will be responsible for managing the vision, strategy and implementation of a strategic plan to the execution of agreed business development plan.
Frequent interaction with internal and external customers is crucial to ensure that customer expectations are consistently met.
Roles & Responsibilities
Develop and achieve or exceed the sales volume/revenue goals targets as defined in the Business Plan for the Cluster
Establishes sales objectives by creating a sales plan and quota for each customer in support of Business Unit objectives
Control/monitor the Sales budget to ensure optimum allocation of resources to different businesses/categories of the BU
Coordinate with the Trade Marketing Manager to ensure marketing tools are provided to the trade to increase brand visibility and thereby achieve business objectives
Coordinate the execution of marketing & promotional activities to derive maximum benefit out of such promotional initiatives.
Analyze the impact of promotions and submit report to the General Manager for assessment and evaluation.

Look for new business opportunities in order to safeguard the customer base and increase market share.
Recommend product lines by identifying new product opportunities, and/or product, packaging; surveying consumer needs and trends; tracking competitors.
Meet regional sales financial objectives by forecasting requirements; preparing an annual budget; scheduling expenditures; analyzing variances; initiating corrective actions
Maintain profitability for all assigned brands.
Developing ecommerce business segment by listing complete range across the categories in all E Commerce platforms
Ensure stock availability for all listed SKUs in all E Commerce customers.
Ensure the images and content are up to date across all E Commerce platforms.
Increase market share and visibility within the agreed investments across brands in the E Commerce channel.

Work experience requirement
5 + years’ experience in sales of FMCG products, preferably in direct distribution channel in the assigned markets.
Qualification
Bachelor degree in Marketing or Management preferably an MBA

Job Summary
JM Trade Marketign will assist team in achieving the Value Target Achievement, Sales Strategies and data for Tracking of Actual Flyer Vs. Planned
Roles & Responsibilities
Strategic role for annual budget at the customer/ channel Level after receiving category growth for Category Trade Marketing Managers.
Work out value and volume targets for 1 + 3months based on the baseline targets.
Monitor the stock situation and focus on the Freshness agenda by clearing slow-moving stocks while planning liquidation plans with sales.
Collaborate with Category Trade Marketing Managers and finance on MSL that is required in each channel.
Manage TMI based on agreed category strategy & align the same with the sales team for the execution at the customer level.
Monitor and maintain above 80% forecast accuracy at SKU level.
Understand the competitors by visiting the market with the sales team.
Looking after the sales operation; Ensure daily issuance of sales tracking reports at category level and monthly targets based on the aligned forecast to drive sales objectives at channel level

Work experience requirement
Minimum of 3 years of experience in Brand Management or Trade Marketing at entry level in FMCG companies or Sales & Distribution businesses.
Experience in involving in consumer activations planning and executions, tracking competitors intelligence and assisting in translating the findings directly in category sales planning.
Qualification
Bachelor Degreen in business, commerce and marketing.
