Customer Engagement Manager

Defining guidelines as per the trends, benchmarks, and best practices for the Group to improve performance of our Digital Marketing initiatives and to increase profitable sales growth.


Competitors benchmarking - equities / areas of superiority / competitive users understanding
Brainstorming new and creative growth strategies through digital marketing action plans
Providing the deep marketing expertise needed to make strategic digital decisions and come up with actionable insights since the role spans many activities from strategic to tactical
Defining loyalty program structure (tier, points etc) , strategy, Liaising with marketing teams to promote loyalty program and increase subscriptions
Recommending actions and initiatives to drive performance upwards. Analysis will form essential input into roadmap of Digital & Marketing teams in Holding and businesses
Partnering with Businesses and stakeholders with Holding to drive actionable results that will drive success of KPIs
Measuring and reporting performance of all CRM campaigns and assesses against goals (ROI, KPIs etc) and optimizes spend and performance based on the insights
Collaborating with agencies and other vendor partners to maximize the output
Be a part of the shift from product to customer driven mindset and instill customer and growth driven decision making



Specialist - Research Analyst

Attaining the Project Objectives/Goals upon meeting with the Stakeholders (Internal Customer)


Perform Field surveys for prospective new projects
Conduct field work to collect competitor data, analyze and provide insights to business stakeholders.
Supervise all research projects from the early planning stages to project completion
Market Data Collection Process (Own Brands vs. Competition)
Perform industry research using publicly available data sources
Manipulate data using data analysis tools to discover insights
Generate and present reports from data analysis
Understand customer behavior and market trends relevant to the company’s industry
Find value and understand what’s in the data
Develop recommendations for the future of the business and create an Action Plan along with the stakeholders
The ability to manipulate large, complex data sets into manageable, understandable reports.
Perform data analysis and visualization using SAP Analytic Cloud, Microsoft PowerBI and Tableau.
