Required immediately for Kuwait Operation.
Project: Jurassic Production Facility 5 (JPF 5).
** PLANNING ENGINEERS (Male) **
Responsibilities:
• Plan, manage, organize and drive the Project Control Functions and Management of Project Control including Planning, Scheduling, Schedule Risks, Cost Estimation & Control, understanding of Documents Control & Systems, Project Presentations and prepare MoM.
• Capable of independently preparing project construction plans and schedules with resources schedules (Manpower/Materials/Equipment).
• Coordinate between Engineering, Procurement, Suppliers and Construction teams during design and construction phases.
• Responsible for development of Work breakdown Structure, Earned value and performance measurement.
• Capable of preparing Project planning deliverables, Master schedules.
• Able to generate S-Curves, Manpower histogram & Monitor productivity by periodically visiting the project sites, highlighting revisions, action plans, catch up plans, critical path analysis, resource planning and levelling.
• Responsible for setting up and implementation of Manpower Utilization Analysis and Manpower forecast.
• Develop / update EPCM Work Program, with support from Planning Team and Engineering, Procurement and Construction Team.
• Prepare / update / analyse critical path, prepare narratives, WBS, progress measurement system (PMS) weightages.
• Prepare / coordinate / update histogram, manpower deployment schedule, man-hour reports, S-Curves etc
Coordinate / prepare / provide inputs for the Daily, Weekly and Monthly Reports.
• Liaison with Sub-Contractors for monitoring and update of progress.
• Shall be able to work under pressure to meet the project requirements and submission of required reports to Management / Client
• Provide support to Planning Manager and Project Team as and when required.
Requirements:
• Minimum an Engineering Degree.
• Highly proficient in MS Office, Primavera Software & 3D modeling software.
• Strong skills in; Planning, Project management, Multi-tasking, Analytical, Critical and Logical thinking.
• A sound understanding of safety protocols.
• Ability to focus under pressure and meet deadline.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Holding Kuwait Driving License.
• 15+ years of professional experience on multi discipline (Civil/Mechanical/E&I) in Oil & Gas Construction Projects, with 5+ years in EPC contracting.
• Must be in Kuwait with transferrable visa (article 18).
