Laboratory Engineer - Electrical and Electronics Engineering


AU is seeking a dynamic and highly motivated candidate to join its growing team in the Electrical and Electronics Engineering Department in the level of Laboratory Engineer. The successful candidate shall provide assistance to faculty staff in all areas related to degree program delivery including (tutoring, lab supervising, exam/assignment marking and assessment assisting).


Officer- Accounts Payable


PRIMARY TASKS:


Provides comprehensive level of assistance to ensure smooth and efficient operations.

Performs the administrative activities necessary to ensure smooth flow of work.

Prioritizes and manages multiple projects simultaneously, and follow-up on issues in a timely manner.

Collect and prepare background documents for various tasks.

Follow the university rules and regulations.

Undertakes special projects to meet the objectives of the department.

Communicate with vendors and suppliers via phone, email, mail or personally.

Receive invoices.

Monthly reconciliation of accounts payable and related accrual accounts.

Assist with month-end closing.

Generate age analysis.

Maintain accounts payables files and records.

Undertake other duties as required by the Director- Finance.


Officer- Student Affairs


Provides comprehensive level of assistance to ensure smooth and efficient operations.

Provides high level of administrative and clerical support to the unit, department or function.

Undertakes special projects to meet the objectives of the function.

Prioritizes and manages multiple projects simultaneously, and follow-up on issues in a timely manner.

Collect and prepare background documents for various tasks.

Follow the university rules and regulations.

Provide full range of student affairs support to students by responding to their inquiries and requests for information and assistance in person.

Follow current AU policies and be able to interpret and pass on these policies to parents and students.

Monitor student’s attendance.

Assist and respond to all students’ non-academic concerns/ inquires and direct them to their assigned departments.

Support new student orientations.

Undertake other duties as required by the Manager- Student Affairs.



Technician- Support



AU is seeking a dynamic and highly motivated candidate to join its growing team in the Information Technology Department in the level of Technician. The successful candidate shall provide support in the daily operations of the department & be responsible for the maintenance and repairs of all AU IT Systems.
