Social Media Specialist (F&B Experience required)
Her / his core role as a social media executive is to support the team, working proactively to meet our deadlines and to work as an organized multi-tasker. He/she needs a lot of passion, outside and inside the box, a creative thinking and strategic mind to be smooth in this role. No mandatory qualification degree is needed to be in this position (bachelor’s degree is a plus)
Fluent in both Arabic and English
Main Responsibilities:
Responding to any mentions over social media platforms
Assist with the general day to day administrative tasks.
Producing a consistent brand message across all the social media channels.
Regular monitoring the competitor social media sites and creating analysis report.
Working with other departments to develop social media timelines that coincide with the product release, ad campaigns, and other brand messages.
Coordinating social media messages with advertising departments and the brand management team.
Analyzing social media campaigns with tracking systems to determine areas for social media campaign improvement and to gather visitor’s data.
· Skilled in mobile photography for taking stories and short videos (using a camera is a plus)
Senior Internal Auditor
Job Purpose: To develop and maintain an internal audit strategy for the company, and to oversee the activities of the department and provide an independent opinion to the management on the adequacy and effectiveness of the internal controls.
Duties & Responsibilities:
a) Strategy development and implementation
Develop Internal Audit strategy by identifying the long-term and short-term requirements for the department and ensure that the Internal Audit strategy is aligned to the company’s overall strategy.
Review policies, processes and systems related to Internal Audit, and monitor adherence to the policies, processes, and systems.
b) Effectiveness of Internal Audit department
Develop a flexible business audit plan using an appropriate risk-based methodology.
Ensure availability of relevant skill set to conduct the business audit.
Conduct periodic risk assessments and evaluate product, processes and operations which are new or to be implemented.
Provide expertise and professional advice to the Company and system / process controls to ensure implementation of the right audit programs.
c) Internal Audit Process
Provide professional advice on the audit schedule.
Review and approve audit reports.
Issue periodic reports summarizing the results of audit findings and recommendations of the internal audit departments.
Assist in the investigation of significant suspected fraudulent activities and report findings.
Ensure compliance with relevant laws, rules, and regulations.
