Position: Sales Manager
We are looking for a high-performing Sales Manager for our office in Kuwait/ Iraq to help us meet our customer acquisition and revenue growth targets by keeping our company competitive and innovative. He/ She will be responsible for developing and maintaining positive relationships with all existing and new customers, generating new sales opportunities. Provide solutions to clients in a timely manner, and follow up with existing clients whenever needed.
Daily and Weekly Responsibilities
Utilize and develop a network of contacts and generate new business opportunities, (new customers)
Ensure all goods and products are delivered to all customers on time.
Ensure all goods & products are produced according to set specifications (job card & design) and in coordination with other departments. Follow up and ensure that all quotations, invoices, drawings & color shades etc. are processed correctly.
Assist and educate customers to understand the quality of CaesarPac Holding.
Analyze customer’s needs to suggest the right paper grades & style (Die Cut /RSC) in coordination with the right functions.
Keep current and new customers satisfied and ensure exceptional customer service in coordination with the customer support function.
Follow up with customers through emails, phone calls and meetings to ensure all services are being given to them with the best quality and the highest price possible.
Receive and analyze customer requests and complaints (rejections) and discuss the same with the related department at CaesarPac Holding, to provide customers with the proper response to receive requests and resolve all complaints in a friendly and timely manner while ensuring customer satisfaction.
Perform necessary and duties related to the job as assigned by the Direct Manager
Achieve sales targets
Increase the number of customers.
Skills and Qualifications
1. A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or any related field is a major requirement.
2. Minimum 3-5 years’ experience working in a similar field
3. Fluent in Arabic & English.
4. Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization

We’re searching for a qualified Warehouse Manager to join our team.The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the operations of CaesarPac Holding store including but not limited to the receipt of different items as well as their storage to ensure fulfilling CaesarPac Holding requirements in a timely manner.
Reports to : Group CEO
Duties & Responsibilities
Develop the strategic objectives & KPIs for the assigned Functions as per the CEO's directions and set the individual objectives for employees under his/ her management accordingly.
Aim at achieving the operating results of the Functions under his/ her management and ensure that appropriate measures are in place to achieve targeted objectives, reduce risk and make accurate decisions.
Develop the Function's annual budget under the supervision of the Division’s Director and ensure that all employees are working according to the assigned budget.
Ensure maintaining the costs and expenditures within the set budget.
Develop the Policies & Processes for the assigned Function in line with Caesar Pac Holding standards and other applicable laws and regulations and ensure proper implementation of the same by the assigned staff.
Oversee Caesar Pac Holding’s inventory in terms of receiving items and verifying them against the purchased order and supplier’s invoice/ delivery note.
Monitor inventory levels and conduct periodic counts to ensure maintaining sufficient stocks of different items and notify the Purchasing function when the "minimum stock" or "re-order point" is reached.
Ensure proper implementation of security procedures and protocols (if applicable) to ensure that store equipment and materials are safeguarded, and access is granted only to authorized employees.
Coordinate with the Maintenance Function to perform regular checks for the store equipment and ensure that it is in good condition.
Prepare reports covering the main activities performed by the Function such as IN/OUT status, Inventory count or other customized reports on regular basis and submit the same to the Direct Manager.
Skills & Qualifications :
Diploma or bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.
Minimum 10-15 yrs experience in the same field.
Previous working experience in SAP
