Quality Manager, Kuwait



As the Quality Manager, you will be responsible to ensure that the affiliate Quality Management System (QMS) is in accordance with internal and external requirements in and across Gulf Cluster countries. Also, you will be responsible for document control and distribution responsible for the maintenance of the matrix list, providing necessary daily support to the end users, and communicating necessary changes to relevant internal stakeholders, review and comment on global standard operating procedure drafts and local record and document responsible for Gulf Cluster, In addition, you will responsible for surveillance of external and internal quality intelligence in Gulf Cluster and being Ownership  of QA strategic projects. 


Your main responsibilities will include:

 

Review and approve the quality documentation as well as deviation change request and procedures

Perform internal & external audits and identification of gaps and propose improvement areas and actions

Ensure the quality management review as well as identification of risks within the affiliate

Act as auditee representative during the corporate audit and ensure audit readiness of the affiliate and handle recall and potential recall

Adding to this, you will provide information, training, advice, and communication on Quality to Novo Nordisk personnel, support training activities within the Clinical Operation department, and coordinate iSOtrain Training and training registration


Qualifications


You have a relevant academic degree or a master’s degree preferably in Pharmacy/Biochemistry/Biology/Microbiology/Engineering. You have a relevant experience of

 You have excellent command over both written and spoken English and have a relevant business background. 

We are expecting you to hold the below skills and knowledge:


a minimum of 5 years in a similar role preferably in the pharmaceutical and healthcare industries.

Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities and effective time management skills, making things happen, innovating in a changing environment, and stakeholder management

Strong Quality and Compliance mindset

A deep understanding of Quality intelligence, and the ability to implement and maintain local QMS.

Excellent ability to provide recommendations despite uncertainty and pressure, strong problem-solving skills, and ability to handle and simplify complexity




People & Organization Director, Gulf Cluster



As People & Organization Director, you will act as a strategic and tactical business partner to the VP & General Manager and the leadership team to facilitate the achievement of the business goals through P&O activities. You will be driving the organisational development agenda aligned with business strategies and will lead the development and implementation of affiliate-wide P&O and internal communication strategy that aligns with Business Area and affiliate ambition, current and mid-term business objectives.


You will be leading other key Human Resources functions such as:


Talent Attraction and Onboarding

Talent Management & Development

Organizational Wellbeing, Sustainability and Culture

Performance Management & Succession Planning

HR Operations

 


Qualifications


You have a university degree in business administration, HR, psychology, or related areas. Master’s Degree is a plus.

You have several years of experience as a HR Leader or HR Business Partner and in-depth knowledge on the full Human Resources value chain, preferably from the pharmaceutical industry or a similar industry characterised by high complexity and change.

You have proven experience with delivering outcomes to the business and managing and implementing transformation.

Your ability to think strategically enables you to translate business into Human Resources activities, based on a strong business acumen and a through understanding of challenges and future outlook.

You have strong communication and interpersonal skills, can take initiative, work and lead a dynamic team and fluent in both written/spoken English.
