Your Role:
· Follow up on recruitment process for new and shortage of candidates.
· Arrange list of selected candidates and submit to ministry officials.
· Arrange the on-job training, in coordination with ministry officials prior to start of duty.
· Control and follow up of implementing work outlined in the tender.
· Receive and manage any complaint /observation from ministry officials regarding workplace supervisor.
· Cooperate and coordinate with ministry officials.
· Implement instructions issued by ministry officials.
· Supervise site administration team (i.e. Assistance Service Manager & Service supervisors).
· Create monthly leave schedule for recruited project staff in coordination with ministry and service supervisors.
· Manage attendance from all the services supervisors and arrange final number for preparation of monthly invoices from the ministry of health.
Qualifications:
· University qualification.
· 7 years of experience in health care field.
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

· Submission of the daily activity report to the duty Service Manager.
· Assisting Service Manager to monitor and follow up the implementation of the works outlined in the tender.
· Assisting Service Manager in arranging list of selected candidates and submit it to ministry officials.
· Assisting Service Manager in controlling and following up of works implementation as stated in the tender.
· Assisting Service Manager in recruitment process for new staff and shortlisted candidates.
· Acting in place of Service Manager in the event of his absence or vacation.
· Manage day-to-day activity of Service Supervisors.
Qualifications:
· University qualification.
· 5 years of experience in health care field.
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

· Visit the allotted hospitals/areas on daily basis.
· Act as contact between the ministry sector official and contractor.
· Supervise nursing staff and allocate duties as per requirements.
· Manage attendance of nursing staff and arrange relief cover.
· Follow up on any penalties and update the Service Manager with notice of penalties implemented.
· Manage and submit leave requests and sick leaves at head office.
· Submission of the daily activity report to Managers.
Qualifications:
· University qualification.
· 3 years of experience in health care field.
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
