Claims Assistant
Oriental Insurance Department
• Assist the customer who comes to insure the vehicle.
• Obtain Civil id, Mulkia (Estimation) of the vehicle.
• Analysis client needs and prepare quote based on Managers approval.
• Enter the vehicle data in the system & generate Policy copy.
• Maintain file, records and MIS
• Assist the surveyor , Immediate Manager and Agency Manager for any work assigned.
Skills
•Bachelor Degree
•Insurance related or Administrative
•Good written and verbal communication skills in Arabic and English.
•Proficiency in Microsoft Office Package
•Hands-on experience with office equipment (e.g. fax machines and printers)
•Professional attitude and appearance
•Duty Shift / Timings: One Shift / 8:00 am to 4:30 pm
Sales Executive
Oriental Insurance Department
•Scout and identify potential clients with a need for insurance coverage
•Design and implement strategies for effective marketing and sales of insurance contracts
•Contact potential customers through cold calls, emails and arranged meetings
•Offer clients various insurance service
•Assist clients in selecting most suitable insurance service that better covers a policyholder
•Customize insurance contracts to match the requirements of the holder
•Ensure company policies and procedures are maintained when conducting the sales of insurance services
•Discuss with clients to obtain information as pertains the financial status of a client and condition of a property to be insured
•Maintain record of insurance contracts and duly notify policyholders of pending renewal
•Proffer advice and recommendation to clients on risk minimization, retirement and pension plans
• Research and source potential clients and build long-term relationships with them
• Persuade prospective clients to engage in a phone conversation and/or meeting to discuss insurance products
• Advise clients on the insurance policies that best suit their needs
• Customize insurance programs to suit individual clients
• Deliver approved policies to new clients and explain the benefits and risks of the policy
• Re-assess the policy needs of existing clients after life-changing events
• Fill-out and submit applications, issue quotes, maintain client records, and prepare reports
• Keep abreast of industry and market trends and best practices
