Sales Person (Contract & Construction)
Drive sales through the growth of existing clients
Generate new business opportunities
Master how to get construction leads and implement a lead generation strategy
Develop new relationships within the commercial construction community
Master the construction sales process at their company
Ability to perform all aspects of selling/closing a project
Complete documents on time, such as: construction bids, customer proposals, change orders, weekly call reports

Achieve/exceed targeted new commercial calls per month within a specified territory
Familiar with architectural specifications and construction design elements
Generate new sales opportunities by cold calling, networking and client/associate referrals
Attend trade shows to represent the organization and engage in other marketing activities
Inspect, scope, photograph and estimate projects
Maintain acceptable profit margins
Responsible for the solicitation of project documents and information
Follow up on all outstanding RFP’s and estimates with clients
Maintain sales quota for each quarter and year as provided
Retail Branch Manager
Responsibilities
Organize all store operations and allocate responsibilities to personnel
Supervise and guide staff towards maximum performance
Prepare and control the store’s budget aiming for minimum expenditure and efficiency
Monitor stock levels and purchases and ensure they stay within budget
Deal with complaints from customers to maintain the store’s reputation
Inspect the areas in the store and resolve any issues that might arise
Plan and oversee in-store promotional events or displays
Keep abreast of market trends to determine the need for improvements in the store
Analyze sales and revenue reports and make forecasts
Ensure the store fulfils all legal health and safety guidelines
Qualifications
Must be graduate
Proven experience as retail manager or in other managerial position
Knowledge of retail management best practices
Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
Excellent organizing and leadership skills
Commercial awareness
Analytical mind and familiarity with data analysis principles
Excellent knowledge of retail management software
