Business Development Coordinator

We are seeking a motivated business development coordinator to assist in driving lead generation and expanding the business. You will conduct market analysis, initiate contact with prospects, generate leads and sales, maintain relationships with existing clients and address their needs, and complete a range of administrative duties.

To excel in this role, you will enjoy working in a fast-paced team environment, have excellent people skills, and be comfortable pitching and presenting to customers regularly.

Responsibilities

Creating and implementing sales strategies and identifying new markets to enter.

Conducting market research to identify new business development opportunities.

Establishing and maintaining effective relationships with clients via email, phone, and in-person.

Coordinating and arranging client events, meetings, appointments, and conferences.

Assisting with the preparation of presentations and pitches for prospective clients.

Writing and distributing agendas, proposals, cost estimates, and briefing documents for internal and external meetings.

Creating and maintaining client databases and mail lists.

Tracking submitted proposals and providing feedback to management.

Providing effect administrative support.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field.

2 - 4 years of professional experience.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Ability to prioritize and manage workload.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Strong networking skills.

Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Powerpoint.

UI/UX DESIGNER

We are looking for a UI/UX Designer to turn our platform into easy-to-use our online courses for our clients.

UI/UX Designer responsibilities include gathering user requirements, designing graphic elements and building navigation components. To be successful in this role, you should have experience website design and wireframe tools. If you also have a portfolio of professional design projects that includes work with web/mobile applications, we’d like to meet you.

Ultimately, you’ll create both functional and appealing features that address our clients’ needs and help us grow our customer base.

Responsibilities

· Gather and evaluate user requirements in collaboration with product managers and engineers

· Illustrate design ideas using storyboards, process flows and sitemaps

· Design graphic user interface elements, like menus, tabs and widgets

· Build page navigation buttons and search fields

· Develop UI mockups and prototypes that clearly illustrate how sites function can look like

· Create original graphic designs (e.g. images, sketches and tables)

· Prepare and present rough drafts to internal teams and key stakeholders

· Identify and troubleshoot UX problems (e.g. responsiveness)

· Conduct layout adjustments based on user feedback

· Adhere to style standards on fonts, colors and images

Qualifications

· Proven work experience as a UI/UX Designer or similar role

· Portfolio of design projects

· Knowledge of wireframe tools (e.g. Wireframe.cc and InVision)

· Up-to-date knowledge of design software like Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop

· Team spirit; strong communication skills to collaborate with various stakeholders

· Good time-management skills

· BSc in Design, Computer Science or relevant field
