Administrative Officer
We are looking for an HR & Admin Officer to join our team and support the day-to-day activities of our Human Resources department & admin.
Responsibilities
Include processing employee data
Updating company policies and assisting in the hiring process
Dealing with email enquiries, Data entry (sales figures, property listings etc.)
General office management such as ordering stationary
Providing administration support to Sales Reps, Property Managers and Senior Management
To be successful in this role, you should have solid organizational skills and be familiar with HR functions.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
Native written and verbal communication skills in Arabic and English.
Required to use Microsoft Word, Outlook, PowerPoint and Excel.
