Sales Manager – Executive Training
Our client is looking to hire a “Sales Manager – Executive Training” who has 7 years’ experience in Sales (Training Field) with minimum of 3 years in a similar position/ responsibilities, and has technical skills as follows:
Prepare an annual business plan including product/solutions, price, points of sales forecasts and advertising of marketing the product line.
Prepare and follow up the implementation of the sales and marketing plan.
Do- in - depth research of the market competition, determine the strength and weaknesses of the company products/solutions.
Plan brand launch / relaunch communicate with advertising agency to enhance the brand image.
Work with the sales force, develop visual aids and design training programs to increase sales.
Customer Success Manager
The Customer Success Manager at EON Reality will be a key member of the EON Reality Customer Success Department with a deep understanding of the solutions provided by EON Reality, including products, services, support, and market expertise. She or He will work in conjunction with sales and services professionals as strategic partners in crafting the vision of the solution with the client to ensure success in the sales cycle. Their role is to be an advocate for EON Reality, both functionally and pedagogically and at the same time to be a confidant to the client in supporting their buy-in and adoption. The Customer Success Manager will be responsible for carrying out training and certification and supporting the training and supervising the VR Innovation Academy as an organized training facility of the center.

Investment Manager
Our client, a clean energy investor and developer, is growing and looking to hire an “Investment Manager” to help screen and model new investment opportunities.
Along with a Master’s degree and investment-specific certifications (preferred, but not mandatory), The Investment Manager will be responsible for Planning, directing, and coordinating individually or through subordinate supervisory personnel, activities concerned with the investment management.
Responsibilities:
Prepare and/or review the initial assessment for a direct project investment or development opportunity and prepare a detailed investment memorandum and a detailed project plan
Prepare and/or review and submit concept papers for a prospective project to the CEO for final validation.
Conduct necessary feasibility studies, financial analysis/modeling, due diligence, valuations of companies, etc. at various stages of the direct investment process.
Evaluate and submit periodic reports on the performance of companies within the company investment portfolio in terms of their current value vis-à-vis initial investment
Liaise with the advisory team to track regional and international developments and trends in the energy industry and research institutions on an ongoing basis.
Prepare detailed divestiture evaluation proposals and include potential exit strategies for the assigned companies/projects
Identify risks (processes, people, and systems) and estimate the potential impact.
Makes sure that controls are in place to mitigate the risk, periodically evaluates the controls in place, and decides on remedial actions.
Liaise and manage engagements with project lenders and investors
Proactively explore opportunities for the company’s future and existing investments
Prepare periodic reports on the performance of the company’s investment division.
Technical Skills:
Proficient in Financial Modeling
Experience with Project Finance Funding and Structuring
Experience in interacting with Global Financial Institutions
Ability to oversee Project related cash flow
Qualifications & Competencies:
Master’s Degree in a related field or MBA
A minimum of 7 years of experience, with a minimum of 3 years in a similar position/responsibility

Presentable in Communication and Appearance
Organized
Detail-Oriented
Creative
Fluent in English and Arabic
Ability to be a team player and to work independently
