Your Role:
· Visit the allotted hospitals/areas on daily basis.
· Act as contact between the ministry sector official and contractor.
· Supervise nursing staff and allocate duties as per requirements.
· Manage attendance of nursing staff and arrange relief cover.
· Follow up on any penalties and update the Service Manager with notice of penalties implemented.
· Manage and submit leave requests and sick leaves at head office.
· Submission of the daily activity report to Managers.
Qualifications:
· University qualification.
· 3 years of experience in health care field.
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
