Job Description
- Preparation of monthly, quarterly and annual closing statements and reports Substantiates financial transactions by auditing documents.
- Perform cash flow forecasting, budgeting and working closely with the operation project team in analyzing margins, variances and cost analysis.
- Analyze financial information (e.g. revenues, expenditures and cash management) to ensure all operations are within budget.
- Responsible for timely monthly consolidated financial statements, payments, cash-flow management reporting.
- Audits handling capabilities.
- Microsoft Office and Hyperion (accounting software).
- Maintains accounting controls by preparing and recommending policies and procedures.
- Secures financial information by completing data base backups.
- Maintains financial security by following internal controls.
- Prepares payments by verifying documentation, and requesting disbursements.
- Prepares special financial reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing account information and trends.
Skills
• Proven work experience as a Financial Accountant or similar role in long term project-based
industry

Main Purpose
. Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects

The ICT site engineer will work closely with the project’s Manager in a project at Kuwait Airport. The selected candidate is required to supervise all aspects of the projects related to ICT.
Main Purpose

C. organizing construction materials and negotiating vendor contracts
D. conducting preliminary inspections at potential construction sites
E. gathering data and writing site reports and other necessary work documentation
